Default Focus stealing problem due to msiexex.exe file

Dear Friends.
since the last 2 months i was facing a problem of stealing focus .
I have a P4 2Ghz core 2 duo pc.when ever i open up any applicattion, wether a word file or excel etc, within less then 1 minute, the active window looses its focus & i have to again click on that to make it active.after researching on the net, i found that after logging in to the PC if i go to the taskbar & phisically remove the file under processed called as msiexex.exe, then i do not face this problem of focus stealing.but my problem is that every time i log in i have to physically remove this file .
My question to you guys is that is there a way out by which i can permenantly stop this msiexex.exe file from activating eveytime the windows boot up.
Ur help will be appreciated.

Thanks
Tejas

Do what the dheeraj_kumar tell u first if it works it good otherwise follow below given step. and first also confirm the file name is msiexex.exe

Go to run-> msconfig->startup and disable the startup file name msiexex.exe.

And also do this go to run->regedit and search the file name msiexex.exe and delete all the entry related to it.

Note search this file on ur hard disk and delete it
