Post need help in fixing ActiveX issues in IE6 with CSS menus

I am having some issues with my site, which I am currently designing.

I recently inserted a CSS based drop down menu in my site. It works fine with Firefox and Safari but with Internet explorer 6, it pops a yellow toolbar stuff saying that u nee to allow active x control. So is there any script that can Fix this issue. I had heard of JavaScript for Flash content(that experiences this same yellow stuff in IE^, so will that work with CSS too? Also when I click allow Active X control, when I hover on the menu, no drop down appears in IE6, but it does appear in Firefox. I want his site to be free of such stuff so that users don't get irritated by seeing this yellow toolbar that disables my menu. Please help. This site is not live, i am designing it.
