Default Build Your Own PC Workshop

Build Your Own PC is a hands-on workshop which will teach you all you need to know to assemble your own PC. The workshop will divide the attendees into small groups such that each person gets a healthy amount of hands-on time with the PC hardware that will be assembled. Our team of experts will teach and guide you every step of the way -- from theoretical knowledge on the various PC parts and how to choose the right ones for your need, to precautions to take while assembling your PC, and of course putting all the parts together. Along the way you will learn all you need to know about motherboards, cabinet form factors, power supplies, memory chips, processors, cables, drives, cable management, cooling, and more. So join us on the 30th of March, 2009 and throughout the month of June, and leave as an expert in assembling your own PC.

Entry fee: Rs. 500 per head

Meet with the Digit team as they guide you on how to put together your PC and also answer any hardware related questions that you may have...If you stay in Mumbai, then this is one event you don't want to miss.

The Digit "Build Your Own PC" Workshop is happening this Saturday the 30th of May 11AM onwards at the Digit Test Labs, 9.9 Interactive KPT House, Plot 41/13, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400703.

Pssst... if you really want to make money, put all fast tracks for sale @ Rs. 35 to Rs. 50 per book.

To: The Forum Administrator-

At the Workshop, on the 30th., can there be also a focus on the "mini-itx motherboards", since it is now a hot item in the media player category and also on the HTPC front, and how to go about building one including the required OS. Also not many vendors at Lamington Road know about these motherboards and are plainly ignorant about it.
