Well...
2TB might be around 12-15K the 64MB Cache
1TB might be around 6-7K(Trying hard to get it around 5.5k ;()

My earlier experience with them was not so good...do they offer any kind of warranty?

Zion gives lifetime warranty(product's not your's), also gives free mouse for each claim.
Using one for 4yrs straight in a download box(basically a P4 PC used only for downloading) without a hitch, friend's using them in gaming PC, and it beats kingston, yes, at same price it gives 5-5-5-15 vs 6-6-6-18 of kingston's. If I had a chance I would've gotten Zion instead of Kingston.

@ royal - I am also using zion rams for 3 years now on a P4 rig 
thunder.02dragon is right. They provide 3 years national direct warranty - means you can claim the warranty anywhere in the country provided as long as you have the proper bill with you
BTW, Zion basically uses hynix chips on their rams but it still better than hynix rams coz the quality of PCB zion uses is good enough but if you don't want to get zion then get Transcend

Its reassuring to know Zion ain't that bad after all...personally, I would have preferred atleast Transcend/Kingston over Zion/Hynix but didn't get any...I guess I will have to make do with Zion 
Btw, Any particular reason why u guys didn't go for better brands like Corsair/Ocz etc?

Corsair/OCZ costs more. Low costs branded rams just do fine as long as you running them @ stock speed. If you are going to OC the rams then you should get corsair, OCZ, g-skil without a second thought

@ royal - what mobo you are using ? Are you going to use the new 533Mhz rams with your existing 533Mhz DDR2 modules ?
You can get higher speed rams but if your mobo suports only 533Mhz then they will also operate at 533Mhz

Its MSI 915G Neo2 Platinum mobo...it supports 400/533 DDR2 only
Currently I do not have any RAM in this...plan to get 4 GB though I know it will burn hole in my pocket 
I also need to get 2 GB more of Corsair XMS2 CM2X1024-6400 for my P45 mobo...should I get it from Tirupati or somewhere else?

Get either DDR2 667 or 800 MHz module. They will run under clocked in your rig @ 533 MHz without any prob
Just call them and see what rate they are offering to you ......

Yes I will do that only...shift my Corsair XMS2 2 GB to the P4 rig and get myself another 4 GB of XMS2 Pro Initially I was bit worried about the voltage but then it is 1.8 volts everywhere 
Any idea about the price?

If you can get the TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX as it has better heatsink and runs cooler
But the TWIN 2X 4096-6400C4DHX would be the best choice anyday
