ordered another item along with it though it reached on 6th July at there Kolkata facility still they are not delivering it .

This simply means that they will refund your money. You needn't do anything now, except go and check your bank account statement in a week or so.
It happens sometimes, if they don't have the item in stocks, they will not be able to send it to you. What you can do is either check somewhere else for that product, or else wait for sometime for that product to get in stocks.

I think you should take this issue to the customer service department. Shoot in a furious (long) mail at the customer care, asking for an explanation on what's causing this delay. I feel this works most of the times (at least in case of flipkart). Seems like acquisition of erstwhile letsbuy.com has something to do with this. I, in particular, had a very bad experience with them on my very first order, and the customer service team was just as useless to respond to my queries.

Got this email just couple of mins ago.......

I'm sure a new tax implication made in july by the new Goverment & new finace minster....as I read 2 days ago in the newspaper they are implemnting some new stuff (read harrasment) so they can procure double tax for those field (mainly entry tax) and they succeed too. (Exmpl;- kills linen industry,once this state number 1 under garments production now long gone by the drain).

Now these days FK doing well here, but it seems this online business come to and end here in WB.

Flipkart has a 30 days return policy , unfortunately if the product is found out to be defective then it is replaced within the timespan.

However I was wondering , what happens if the product that has been replaced is again a defective unit ? Will the product replaced too will carry a fresh 30 day return policy ?

Now One more question. What if the product is within warranty but has been around for more than 30 days.? Who is going to handle the repair/replacement for the product. ?

looks like all of the guys from WB having issue with FK's shipment recently - this must be something do with the new law ( and for this kind of entry tax, way bill etc. many online shops still refuses to sell products here ) though not sure about this but I think FK will find a way ( though may at higher price ) to ship products smoothly to us .

Anyway, Now my mouse pad will reach to me through BlueDirt Courier -just cheeked out the recent update status.

^^^ Yes you are right TopGear, FK somehow manage their way to deliver most product here in WB.

Before if I choose product like Laptop/Camera/Tablet and other expensive product it says the item can't be deliver to my address, but now all those stuff can be add to cart. Though I never bought anything such expensive from them.

For TV/Home Theatre they forward the order to the local distributer/retailer, which means....user may not able to purchase their desire model of TV/HT....because it not availble locally.

The most expensive stuff till date I bought from them 1TB external HDD,8GB Laptop RAM & Senn Headphone....none of them face any delivary issue.

Now my order page looks like :-

(Replacement)--- Product Name----Processing----in 3 business days from order date.

^^ they will ship it through BlueDart ( just guessing ) - product was shipped on 9th from Delhi through BlueDart but now the tracking status is :

Flight/Vehicle/Train; Delayed/Cancelled - Contact Customer Service

this is from yesterday though faced such issue before and the product delivered in 3 days - so I'll wait till today for the shipment and think about any other steps later.

For your Bluedart status it mean (maybe) that Tax department hold your shipment. I experienced this (the same line ) before with Bluedart when I purchased some 34kg dumbbell from ebay (shipped from Jalandhar) with discounted price (900 rs) and the whole pacakge got stuck due too lack of waybill but that last year during X-mas (or before the new rule), But after seller's ex-calibar effort the package get free pass and hold by the Bludart's warhouse at R.N.Mukherjee Road for my pickup. (Surface delivery not available in my address which is N 24 pgs)

Don't call Bluedart as their help line is manual and they sound like you are the criminal (personal experince). ..In your case Seller Flipkart will manage this situation.

Aramex courier is worst ..I ordered gta 4 on 1st july, it got shipped on 2nd to delhi and its 12th they(aramex) have my DVD w/ them and now they say that they can't ship the product to just 200kms away from there..luckily fk is supporting and promised me that they will arrange any other courier service or by speed post.....

As I gather till now, before this July Sale Tax dept. spread their hands on those shipment which comes via surface transport statting/asking about Form -50 /Way Bill and make some other harasment to importer.

Those shipment came via Air got loose /lighter scrutiny ....but now something may happen/ implemnt new rule ...everything come under through check by them .

I bought TP-Link wireless adapter and it doesn't work on my Windows 7 64-bit even though the website site says it is compatible but it just doesn't work. Can I return it or replace it by another item and pay the difference?

I have mailed them and waiting for the reply.

I've mailed BlueDart and they replied within 4 hours and got the package by 3.30 PM yesterday - though the status on the tracking page is still same as before

@Chirag donot think they will give a refund. They will most probably give a replacement

by the way you can ask help by starting a thread in networking section with proper details about a router

@ Chirag - replacement is only possible if the product is less than 30 days old from the purchase date but if it's over 30 days you can try contacting FK's CC even then - there's no harm in trying.
