[URGENT] Need cheap digital camera

I am looking to buy a good digital camera. Needs to be cheap (As in REALLY cheap) but should offer good image quality. I want support for taking photographs in PNG/BMP/RAW format.

Yeah, I am looking at low budget cameras. Lower the better, but I am willing to spend extra atleast to get the level of performance expected to provide me decent wallpaper-material.

I've seen the Samsung at work and found it to be pretty good. Nikon L18 is another good camera, but I found some of the pics, even when taken in a room, with substantial daylight coming in, were grainy when viewed at full size.

OK, I finished buying. I purchased a camera from Kodak.
