12 Year Old Girl Tells the Truth on Fox News about Georgia. Fox News even had to cut them off right in the middle of the account of Georgian aggression even though they had just come from a commercial break 2 minutes prior to that. Fox News and corporate media do not want the truth out. The MSM wants to depict Russia as the Evil Russian Empire. What the population at large do not know is that the US is threatening Russia with a Missile shield defence in many countries. How would the US react if the reverse were true. Georgia poked the bear which is not a wise thing to do. Especially when the poking causes thousands of deaths. good thing that the US is putting pressure on russia. russia and china are coming together to counter the US. russia and china are shady and ruthless countries. it is better to support open societies like the USA. thank god russia or china is not the superpower. they are not responsible countries. cant you see what china is doing to darfur or tibet?

we can never be sure on who started this war(in the caucuses). but one ting we cant deny is respect to georgia's borders. russia is not doing this. we should side with the US.. confrontatoin with china is inevitable. it will happen sooner or later. so we bettermake some right choices.

Well; US is not actually controlling Russia. But Russia will obviously not like Georgia joining NATO. And thats what threatens Russia. And that in turn makes Russia threaten Georgia.

Due to recent oil price hikes and economic growth after the downfall of USSR; Russia is regaining a bit of its status as a superpower, which USA does not like. Russia is one of the countries with a booming economy.
As they are recovering pretty well from the USSR-Downfall-Trauma; we will see more and more of this cold-war like politics. That said, lets not pick sides right now.

But as said, we can at best, speculate; its more than what people can see superficially.

Regarding Tibet.. it is integral part of China.. India recognized Tibet as a part of China in 2003 when China recognized Sikkim as a part of India then.. Allying with China will bring power to Asia.. two fastest growing economies of the world and two nuclear countries.. both India and China have ratified no first use policy.. the western countries still haven't..

Australia and US remain the only two countries in the world who still have not ratified Kyoto protocol.. look at the cars in US.. how much petrol they need and how least energy efficient they are.. and Americans eat 4 times a day.. and after doing so they blamed India and China for the rising food prices...

the software bubble will burst one day. what will you say then?. there are a lot of other factors driving the economy right now apart from s/w. wake up. americans are also more tolerant towards immigrants.. there are many racist groups in russia who attack often asians and africans. why hate the US? its a free, open society. you dont know the downsides of living in authoritarian countries like russia and china...
