I was browsing Tom's Hardware & saw this Ad:

1. GIGABYTE has falsely compared our product against that of ASUS in our Spring Break Plug Fest Events.
2. GIGABYTE has jumped into the wrong conclusion on the ASUS EPU features.
3. GIGABYTE has used photos of capacitor explosion occured on non-ASUS products against ASUS.

Dunno if it is True ? Can anyone clarify the same ?
