Thumbs up BSNL decided to introduce Annual fixed charges plan for Landline/WLL Service

BSNL has decided to introduce the annual/biennial fixed charges plans for Landline and WLL Services with effect from 1st May 2008 as below: -

Note:-

i) Service tax extra as applicable

ii) Installation charges, security deposit & all other terms & condition will be applicable as per existing instructions.

iii) Free calls will be allowed on monthly basis e.g. under Rural One India Plan, free calls of 360 MCU may be provided to the customer on monthly basis i.e. 30 MCU free calls per month and bills will be issued as per the billing schedule.

iv) One month before from the date of expiry, message must be sent to the customer through IVRS/telephone requesting him to renew the validity.

v) After expiry of validity period, if customer do not renew or not given the written consent for any plan, the connection will be disconnected immediately.

vi) Existing customers will also take the above plans by making lump-sum payment. The switch over to new plans will be applicable from 1st of next month.

Urban 2160 is the best plan.paying half of the existing tariff i.e. Rs. 90/- per month effectively.
