khud ki search engine and now SEO, anyone smells fish?

And btw if you take care of the basics in SEO, how difficult is SEO? There are some things which even the largest SEO firms and hardcore professionals cannot guarantee.

Aside from Google and Yahoo who should I register a site with for SEO?Could somebody also supply me with links for registering with major search engines?
