Post Harbajan Singh Had not called Simonds monkey...

The news is out that while harbajan got out of the case against him, he was also not guilty of racist abuse. it was much worse...

apparently, he had called Symonds "Teri Maaki...", meaning "Your Mother's...".

In India, we concider that word much more offencive than monkey.

Well, that was the news. So lets discuss a bit about it. After this thread gets all biff biff bang bang, we'll move it to the Fight Club and continue there

A lot is said in the heat of the moment! People learn to take it as a part of the game! Aussies themselves are no less when it comes to abusing!

Its not that offencive in australia.

In india, if you call somebody monkey, they will laugh at you for the rather babyish insult.
But In Australia, its called racist.
In India, if somebody says "Teri Maaki" to somebody, he will usually get his a$$ kicked.
Thats what the world is like, differences everywere.
