If you are new to Windows Live Messenger, and if you feel some help with its outstanding new features, contact WiLMA here and add "her" to your contact list; alternatively you could simply add Wilma@live.com to your contact list. "She" will show you how to connect, control, share and express yourself! Incidentally WiLMA is an acronym for Windows Live Messenger Concierge Agent.
