Sky Bus

I do not know how many ppl know this but "sky Bus" the first of its kind is built at Goa.
A sky bus is train inverted, the train hangs from the rail.

this was built in 2003-4 in goa they are testing it.

ya its old stuff but its under testing till today... its constructed by Konkan Railway & the KR guys are not yet satisfied with their test results... i have seen it operating during one of its many test runs in goa... it suffered a crash in a usual test run few years ago, after that its future has become uncertain... it was also planned for mumbai, but after tht crash all plans got cancelled.

now a metro is planned for mumbai city on the similar lines of delhi metro...

we need few at Kolkata for sure... poor Politics, asking project quatation from JAPAN for 3 stange metro in kolkata again, where home grown solution is available !!!
