Difference between DOVES & PEGIOUNs-Need to knw, please

Dear friend,
I m interested to knw, the exact difference between DOVE and PEGIOUN.

I have seen in many books and on webs,they were mentioned both as different categories.

so be kind to provide the info.

By the way, even after 122 posts you dont know the exact section in which you have to start a thread. Is this news. No its not. This thread shouldve been started in ChitChat section.
