There is Jonathan Ive on that list too. I rated him 95. He actually was ahead of Steve for some time.

Yeah, I suppose you already read that but he holds the record for the lowest paid CEO in the Guinness Book of World Records. His theory is that Apple and Pixar are his companies, so he will not be paid a salary.

Yes. It was really unfortunate and sadistic move by apple a decade ago when they kicked out Stevie. They almost killed Apple due to that.
I think Stevie should take a salary of 99cents a year (itunes like)
