So what. They have been saying that from beginning. Their service is a crap. I had to call them everytime when to repair the connection. For collecting money they will come in correct time. I asked them to solve the sify client problem. Their software is a crap.

Iam leaving sify for good and may take a bsnl connection. I heard they have stable speeds.

Sify, Reliance etc. have SUCK PROFIT POLICY from Consumers, they have very bad reputation (in consumers mind). Only known to maximize profit.
