The germans defeated the hot favorite Argentina in quater-finals in penalty shootout the score in shoot out was 4-2 . It was the good match but not not the best . but still i'm happy that germans are way through semis and hopefully get finals and Win this FIFA 2006 world . So best of luck to germans who are playing the good game

Even though England has 1 of the best line up .... it was difficult to win the world cup not immpossible and this was certainly not the way to go out ..... that red card was for no reason ..... refs at this world cup have faired badly ....... gerrard, lampard man how the hell can they miss a penalty at this stage ...... heartbreak .... congrats to portugal but england should hv won it

i think both the semis will be very interesting to watch even france and portugal is not a one sided game at this time and for portugal deco is back so u never know whos gonna win no body expected frnce beating brasil after the kind of performance france had been gvin since the start of the world cup .... so this is really turning out to b a close contest and an interesting world cup..... only he refs are spoiling the fun ...... they distributing cards as though they are giving visiting cards
