Why do people wait in line for iPhones?

LOL...I though "you" stood in a line for the iphone. Its a great phone nevertheless but I wouldn't stand in a line for it.

only thing why people get in line do crazy things is SHAUK,,
some are mad about vehicle, mobile VIP nos and pay thousands to get their desired one which is useless for others, some are mad about merc, high end cars, similarly apple is sort of one addiction for users to experience the iphone,, one of my friend is hardcore rajni fan, and woke up at 03 and at 04 he was at some theatre for enthiran first day first show dancing with rajni fans at morning 04,, which is wtf & boring and crap for me and thousands of other peoplee,, but for him its nothing,,
