Batman dies ! ! !
Rumours are that the Nov 26 issue will see the Caped Crusader meeting a gruesome death, after being betrayed by sidekick Robin. Batman RIP will see “the end of Bruce Wayne as Batman”, according to Grant Morrison. There are rumours that Batman will suffer a gruesome end when his sidekick Robin goes over to “the dark side” and destroys him in a terrible betrayal, The Telegraph has reported. Batman, alter ego of Bruce Wayne a wealthy industrialist, operates in the American Gotham City. Others speculate that Wayne may either retire from his duties or be killed by a mystery villain known as the Black Glove. His fate will be revealed in the latest issue of DC Comic’s Batman, published on November 26. Either way, his demise will lead to a hunt for a replacement. “What I am doing is a fate worse than death, things that no one would expect to happen to these guys at all,” Morrison told Comic Book Resources. Morrison, the Scottish writer, has written storylines for comics including X-Men for Marvel and Superman for DC Comics. He took over writing the Batman series for DC in 2006. Bruce Wayne has given up the Caped Crusader mantle once before. In the Knightfall storyline, Batman’s back was broken by villain Bane, causing Wayne to recruit Jean-Paul Valley to replace him. So is this the supposed entry of Terrence McGinnis as the new Batman? Or is this the death of Batman? I mean, come on! We already know that Terry gets the suit afterwards so how can the plot change?

Terry has already appeared in lots of comics apart from his own series. or ex-<SPOILER(highlight to read)> in the Superman comics where he was chasing the future Brainiac</SPOILER>
End of Batman? Nope! Death of Bruce? Definitely no!(He's still alive and wrinkled in the story!) End of his career as Batman? Partly... <SPOILER(highlight to read)> but he always called himself batman...(in Batman Beyond Episode: Rebirth part 2)... and he is somewhat active in that series. He is also a sort of sensei for Terry(I know this aint manga!)</SPOILER>
The story has been set already! It just can't be changed!
So this is just transition. I'm sure of it!

ya its sad ...... 1st, it was Superman ..... then Hulk ...... & now BATMAN .....
in the toon series "ROBIN" was kidnapped by "JOKER" & @ that time, was brutally tortured ...... hence THE cHANGE .......
just waiting 4 the book ........ bt whots the issue name ???

guys..that not possible...(possible in elsewhere)...Bruce never died...he got old n thats whn batman of future came into action...it wud b something similar to the Knightfall story...

Cared to read the post above you? He is ALIVE! Follow the link I have provided. That will tell you more about Terry McGinnis, the Batman of the future! Morrison simply can't contradict his own storyline! If he tries to introduce parallel universe concept, he'd be copying out of Dragonball Z mangas!

Terry McGinnis story is alternate story.. It started alongside the ongoing and original Batman..

Er no... Robin takes over the mantle of Batman. The Black Glove (rumored to be his own Father) is the one who kills. Actually, just a helicopter crash.
But guys, he's been alive from 1939!Of course Bruce Wayne will come back, but I don't think he'd do so as the Batman.
