The owner of an Indian food store in Bristol has received an apology letter and £100 from a former drug addict who stole cigarettes from the shop in 2001.

I guess he would have given a few movie tickets with that and requesting them to watch the movie to forgive him , later when everyone in the store is watching the movie he will sneak in and loot more
