Patron Number

Help!!!!
I recently purchased the April Digit Magzine which contained the faulty dvd. I later learnt that the DVD was faulty. When I visited the site the editor said that you have to state your patron number (along with other details) to the particular address to recieve the replacement dvd.
but the problem is that i do not have a patron number!! what should I do? I dont know whom should I seek help from.

The patron niumber can be located on the last few pages of the magazine. U have to go through the mag where it says PATRON CODE.

the patron no. is always in the last page of the magazine !

What will you do with the no.? It's not like they ever send you what you redeem.

hey but plz dont stop! here goes my prob abt digit patron no.
i subscribed to digit this month, dats may n got my 1st issue, came to cafe next day n enterd the code. but it says "error". i m sure none else has seen da code, i have entered it correctly (tried several times) n i havent used it before.

i have sent an email to digit help? what else can be done!
