i wanted a free antivirus software so i want to know if avast is updtaed
regulary then only i will go for it

well as far as i have noticed
the Virus signatures are
updated regularly
that too silently
and the signatures are very light so wont take much bandwidth

ya vast is the best free av. Using for 6 months.There is no infection in my comp. I have also used Mcafee ,NAV 2005,AVG7,Kaspersky ,Panda titanium..but avast is the lghtest the fastest nd the best updater amaonst all.Also its skinnable..sprts some nice eye candy

avast or avg are the finest anti-virus progs around ! they r updated regularly, and have a high detection rate and international standing.

why pay for an anti-virus if sonething like avast is available freely. dont think or ask any more questions; just go ahead and install it. you will be satisfied with it !

AVG Free cant heal.Its disabled in free edition .Use avast
