Talking Bandwidth Problem. Help Plz.

Hi everybody,

Im using bsnl evdo data card. I get good speed but it keeps fluctuating every time. When I test my bandwidth from a bandwidth tester site I get bandwith upto 128mbps(from 300kbps but mostly(80%) above 5mbps). It also says that I can download at resulted bandwith speed. But my EVDO speed is low as compared to that.
I m noob to this so plz answer the question whether I can get that resulted bandwidth speed or not.
