Need help with picture editing

I need to extract the outline of the above picture. The background needs to be white with the sketch in black. How do I go about it in photoshop?

The size and resolution are pretty low, so you cant expect good results. What you can do is trace on it using the pen or brush tool.

You must have basic knowledge in Photoshop to do that. If you are a new bie first learn photoshop and try it your self. You will get the idea

Try some 'negative' effect. You may need to appy some more serial negative effects!
