Flashget traces after removal

Hi

I had the latest version of Flashget V1.9.6 installed in my work laptop.

The company I work for has a software that scans the PC's for any software like P2P it did show that Flashget was installed so I uninstall it from the Add and Remove Programs, also deleted the Folder Flashget from the Program Files, also searched the registry for Flasget and Flashg and remove all the reference to them but looks like still some files in the PC.

I rescan the software and shows as the software is still in there.

Is thre a good removal for Flashget or anything else I can do?

There might be some stray FlashGet related Registry entries (which doesn't conatin the string "FlashGet"). Try using CCleaner's Registry cleaning feature to remove these stray entries. You can get CCleaner here:
