help required for installing mac

hello all,
I am planning to buy Mac OS X Leopard. But I am not sure I will be able to run it on my desktop. Before buying can some one confirm it. My pc config is:
Intel core 2 duo extreme 2.4 Ghz
Intel 945.. Mobo
Xfx 8600 gt graphic card
Transand ddr2 2 gb ram
Segate Ata 80 gb hard disk

Also will I be able to run windows vista simultaniously?

You are not allowed legally to run Mac OS on a PC.

According to Apple EULA it is illegal to instal Mac on non-apple hardware. Even if u don't care about EULA u can't instal mac on pc from retail disk. it is locked for macintosh only. There are still some ways to instal it on pc but this phorum is not a right place to discuss all this

but what is an intel pc then.... I see the leopard site says u can install mac in an intel pc
