When i start winamp the messaga sees " MMSYSTEM002 error. device is out of frequency "

What i have to do to solve this problem?
I can't here any sound in computer.

The message also comes with windo media player?
Which operating system you are using?
Internal onboard sound or using soundcard?

oh this is the old message which i had got when i buyed the computer

install your sound drivers properly and get the latest update of WMP

this solved my problem
