Paypal help/query [solved]

I signed up for paypal which is not verified.
But i would like to know can i recieve money in this acc, without it being verifyied ?
Like say, someone is going to send me some money frm his/her paypal acc to mine. So do i have to verify my paypal acc first before i can recieve that money or i can just recieve it without it being verified.

Your email id which you use to login should be sent the money.

But beware, if you are a seller. Paypal does not extend its many useful benefits to unverified accounts. Read their TOS and other policies for more info.

and sign up with a original address right from beginning, later you can add ur bank details if you wish to withdraw money.

thank you all so much for your reply guys. I just want to recieve money, i dont want to withdraw it. I'll keep the money at paypal and buy stuff from ebay.

It would be better to withdraw. Most sellers wont accept payment from Unverified Accounts...due to high risk of FRAUD
