Please Help me Retrieve Data on the Hard Disk

I accidentally QUICK Formatted the 250 GB PATA HDD attached with my system, and it was on a NTFS File System. I have Windows XP Professional SP2 used as the Operating System. It had data about 216 GB, and it was quite important for me. Is there any Application/Software/Utility available in Freeware or Shareware license which can help me get my lost data Retrieved back.

Try PC Inspector File Recovery

And don't do Accidents Further

+1 for PC Inspector File Recovery. Since you've quick formatted it, you should be able to recover most of the data. Until you recover your data, don't store anything on the HDD.

there are many s/w to recover your data....but important thing is you need a stand by HDD (of atleast 216GB) to recover data....you cannot recover data on same HDD....
