Red face Sound Coming from PC :(

Hi,

When ever i switch on my PC some horrible sounds are coming ....infact i opened my system and check but am not able to find out ...I think problem lies in SMPS? Have anyone experience the same

beware..........back up ur data....
If its HDD, then u r doomed, its gonna crash within a few(2-3) days......u can't stop it.....

My HDD crashed once and b4 that it sounded like it......
b/w is it an IDE?

With my old PC I had a similar problem and the sound came from a fan. So maybe you should check all fans if they are running as they are supposed to do.

Yes it could be from the fans. Or it could be from the hard drive as ritwick said. Or it could also be a ghost
