I removed all the conections, pheripherals and inserted it...but still the problem persists....most probably there is problem with the bios or hard disk has crashed....when i had the old motherboard i bought the latest LG 17' monitor it was working fine.....but when i replaced the old motherboard with intel 865GBF motherboard....it worked for 5min and it blacked out with indicator blipping....so i formatted the c: to start from first...

well, this is'nt a HDD problem(u can try using that hdd on a different machine)
get your mobo checked at once!!!
also, provide the complete old and new hardware details.
you can easily verify ram, processor, hdd by trying them on other computer.
