The Right Time to Upgrade

Hi Guys!
I have the following System Configuration :

1GB DDR 2 RAM
Intel motherboard (dont remember model no., have to search for it)
Creative 5.1 Speakers
17" LCD Monitor
Intel Pentium D
nVidia 8600GT

I have a budget of 20K-60k and first i want to upgrade my motherboard and Processor.I need more RAM as well. Also i would be able to get this after my II UNIT Test so I have time to decide till October 2nd week.Should i wait for Nehalem? Which is the high end graphic card in the market now?
The Primary purpose of my system will be to do some animations,video editing,Gaming.....I want to run Crysis in very high at max resolutions with atleast 4x AA. I am also thinking of getting an 22" LCD if it can fit under my budget.

^^Dude you have a HUGE gap between 20 and 60k.

Anyways, if your budget is 60k than surely wait for Nehalem. It will justify all that cash well. So Nehalem + X58 + HD4870 + 4GB RAM

If its 20k, than get an upgrade now. E8400 + MSI P45 Neo-F + 4GB RAM + Palit HD4850.
