When you are working in a Server Support Team, the minimum grade is a "Specialist".

Then comes Lead-Specialist, Team Lead, Focal, Spoc....etc...

SP-1 probably is a company specific terminology.

Thanks ECE0105 for your reply. Please answer my one more query. What should one need to study in order to get the Lead-Specialist, Team Lead etc. positions. Or the experience is enough to move ahead. Please answer.
