Default Unable to install Pkfilter.

I have a problem regarding the installation of the Pkfilter, which is a win 32
service, to cofigure 1Pv4 filter drive of Windows.
I have downloaded the program from the internet, but unable to follow the instructions to install it.

It seems to be quite old.. have you tried WireShark?
