Samsung 2243NWX horizontal white line on screen

hi guys !
I bought a samsung 2243nwx monitor yesterday . Today i saw a horizontal white line across the center of the screen. i use a gigabyte 9600gt card along with a dvi adapter provided with card . i have changed everything like cable , adapter and power cable , but line remains . it went away once , but has returned , and now it seems to be permanent . it is not a line of dead pixels , but , simply white dots . any solutions , or should i change the monitor ? i need all the help i can get ... thanx .

It could be dead pixels.. Get it replaced.

i know theyre not dead coz the problem itself flickers , sometime its there , sometimes it works perfect . like , when i first wrote , the problem , the line was there , but since then , its alternated 4-5 times .
