^^ Dude, if you are not willing to go through the trouble of reading a simple guide that will give you what you want, then I am sorry you won't be able to achieve it.
What you want is not a simple 2 click process. You need to install plugins, create pages, edit settings. I also wish that doing such things was as easy as cooking Maggi, but unfortunately it is not.

Create a home page with a link to each post. After you create a new post, edit the home page and add a link to that post.

u can move your blog to a sub-directory/domian and in the www.*.com page add a RSS feed that shows just the title of the post
did something similar using google sites but lost interest and left it half done

In your Wordpress Dashboard, go to write> new page and write your page. Give it a proper title- "Home" or something like that. Whenever you want to add links to you home page, just edit it and add the links to the posts.

You better read the e- book mentioned here, I'm sure it will be beneficial for you. No use of it for me because I don't use Wordpress on a dedicated server. All my content is stored on Wordpress' free hosting servers.
