JPG to DWG????

i have got a JPG picture.Plz tell me how to view and edit it in Autocad 2000.Any converter for this purpose?

jpg is raster, dwg is vector format.

if you have maps like thing in jpg. then only something can be done


use raster to vector converting software like corel trace 12 or illustratorCS2

actually the story is
there was a AUTOCAD picture.we scanned it and got the picture in JPG format.now i want to edit the picture so i need to open the picture in AUTOCAD 2000.will ADOBE illustrater do for this purpose.
