Hi ,
I am a freelancer with skills in PHP, MySQL, CSS, Javascript, XHTML.....
I am developing a website which requires all these skills to be put to use.
I am a beginner so I do not know the rates here in India. I stay in Mumbai. The website that I will develop is to be made from scratch.
The total page count ( including dynamic pages ) goes to around
25-30 pages. How much should I charge my client for this website ?

depends upon the requirement basically but keep base charge as 15K and be clear about the requirment...

get documentation from ur customer...

Say I create a good template and use a CMS like Drupal to manage the website, how much can I charge.
Also how much can I charge for SEO
