Nope, sorry to be bearer of bad news but your mobo does'nt have expansion slots(AGP/PCIe).Have to change your mobo.
New mobo that can support graphic card at 2.5-3.5k:-
Asus P5N MX~2.5k (supports upto quad core intel processors) .

Re: Please Help Me Out !!!
i m sorry to say my dear friend that ur board doesn't have an expansion slot for graphics ....
http://www.intel.com/products/deskto...e-overview.htm
here it says "Two PCI Conventional* bus add-in card connectors"....if there was any PCIe slot ...it would have been mentioned there ...

if I upgrade just my this mobo to the Asus P5N MX
then what about the processor...I'm using Intel Dual Core 1.8GHz E2160
So the processor is supported over that card or do i have to change the processor also...

No... You dont need to change ur proccy as its LGA775 socket... So juz threw away ur Mobo and pick the ASUS P5N-MX and add any 8600GT cards that'd roughly cost around 3-3.5k and start playing.... If u see my siggy you may get why i suggest the ASUS Mobo.. ...

No prob, Go for it.
For a good graphic card go for any nVidia 8xxx series card that suits your budget. For entry level gaming nVidia's still the best. http://www.theitwares.com/gfxcards/gfxcards.htm
You may also need to upgrade the Power Supply(Atleast 400w will do)

Re: Please Help Me Out !!!
I guess XFX Nvidia 8400GT 256MB ram costs around 2400. that will be a decent card for your needs.
