i have following processer & mobo

• p4 3.0 ghz
• intel 865GBF

i want to replace this by following processer & mobo

• AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core 4850e
• Asus M2N - VM HDMI

plz tell me your view s abt it ....i have approx budget of 8000 inr

are these config ok enuf for me to go ahead

in processors i have 2 options

Core 2 Duo 2.53Ghz E7200 - (3MB L2 cache 2.53Ghz 1066MHz)

AMD Phenom X3 Phenom X3 8450 Tri-Core 2.1Ghz

Better go with the zotac 8300 solution mobo, one of the best inbuilt gpus i've eva seen.
