Default Guys can anyone tell me how is this possible?

First see the attached image.(right click and save the image in comp)

Then save this image to any of your folders and select view thumbnails…

Can anyone tell how the two images are different....

Am using XP.

It has something to do with the way the thumbnail is created. Nothing miraculous here . I have attached another one.

The thumbnail information is saved in the exif data of the file. It is possible to manipulate that data and insert another image in exif as the thumbnail image. When the thumbnail view is selected, the software refers to this data to produce the thumbnail instead of the actual image. If the image in the exif for thumbnail is different, then result is the same as above.

This trick however won't work in some devices such as Nokia phones which refer to the actual image to produce their thumbnails. The thumbnail that you'd see in a Nokia phone would be the same as the image itself. However SE phones use the exif data, so this trick will work in those phones.
