Default outbound policy violation

Comodo firewall has blocked several outbound connections termed as outbound policy violation wherein my system designated 192.168.1.3 is attempting to connect to a remote computer 224.0.0.22. I have assigned only those software that I trust to connect to the net, is this a sign of a hidden malware/keylogger that is trying to send data collected my system to the remote computer?

I have adaware, avast, windows defender, windows malicious tool remover, spybot S&D, Ashampoo Adaware2 all updated. Full system scan did not reveal anything. A rootkit revealer did not reveal anything.

Any idea?
