I got a S Cable to R F Converter ( 275 Delhi Made ) and Volia no flickers...how it worked i think is may be the signalys from S Out were to weak for the Tv ( Remember So Tv Need strong Signal to show the screen without Flicker ) and i got my self a booster... May This help u
