Default icon background


I used to have transparent background for my icons text.... but a friend while tinkering with my computer changed it to some colored background... now i don't know how to get the transparent background back.... plz help..

Ok

Very Simple.

If u use win 98 SE follow da given steps.

Right click any where on ur desktop.

Click on appearance tab.

Go to items area.

Select da "Selected Items" option there.

Simply change da color scheme on da right handside in da same area as wanted.

Click on apply.

Voila solved ur problem.

BTW if i hav said anything wrong plz tell me. :roll:

yeah... just that i use win xp and i dont want to change the background color... i want background of text to be transparent

well dude very simple.
follow this for XP
my computer->properties->advance->performance seetings->visual effects->then u'll see a list thr...
in the last of it thr is a option....use drop shadows for icon lables on desktop....jst check it...N u'll get wht u want..........
