How much secure surfing over Proxy based ISP

Hello ppl..

Now I hv to ISP which is using proxy. As I was admin of proxy server once, hence I know that they log and know everything what user are doing and surfing.

But I dont know what proxy server they are using, most probably some small proxy server as ISP is local one.

What I am concerned that what level of information they can access or get from my surfing ..

Some insight by any experienced guy can be useful..
