Default How can I format with NTFS?

I have a JetFlash v30 1gb flash drive. How can I format it with NTFS? In the format menu it does not show the NTFS option.

You can't format it as NTFS if it doesn't support this format.

^^Did you try this? If it's possible then why don't manufacturers write under specifications about their NTFS support with all drives?
