Default Outlook hyperlink issue please help


Dear all,

When ever i clicked to any of the hyperlinks or any other website link in my outlook that will give an error message ""This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Contact your system administrator "( Already this user is and administrator user )i tried all the options but no chance. Hope somebody will come to help me out
