"ntldr missing" repeatedly

I'm facing strange problem.
I knwo that this issue is discussed many times,
but I'm getting this "ntldr missing" error every 4-5 days

System details:
-----------------
Motherboard: ASUS P4P800-VM (VIA)
512MB DDR - RAM
80Gb SATA HDD

Computer is a part of small private network (not connected with net)
Tried AVAST & AntiVir free edition anti virus.
Generaly detects autorun.inf virus.

I also tried to make backup copy of ntldr, ntdetect.com & boot.ini to a folder in last partition
after each fresh reinstallation of WinXP.
But after "ntldr missing" when tries to acces that backup folder through Recovery option from
XP bootable cd, getting "access denide" error msg.
I can access last partition, backup folder is also there, but I can't access it, can't copy the file.

Also completly repartitioned the HDD.

Pls help me to make permanent solution.
