AN INTERACTIVE CD FOR COLLEGE SLAM

i am in my final year of degree and i want to create an interactive cd holding photos,music,freewares,college and students profile..if possible along with videos...its a kind of slam book for our clas....hope that will help us keep in touch and remembered alltime..
i am confused of whether doing it in flash or swish or html..etc...i want it to be unique and special with eyecandy effects,trendy looks etc.
i want you guys to help me with suggestions,resources and any geeky ideas

go in for flash.. it looks better..

it should run on any pc without any dependencies..
i will be glad if i get any tutorial on flash,swish..based on this particular work

well u can include the flash player in that cd.. jus a few mb's so should not be a problem.. try the links below for tutorials..

try to make it a VCD so that ppl w/out computers can also enjoy the pics and videos.

VCD will not have the quality......

Hey why don't you make a offline site?! Just like the digit CD's???

It will be easier and more dynamic than making the whole of it in flash.....

Nice idea Rakee, I will be passing out soon too. Guess I should also try something like this.

Nikhil's idea seems logical. No extra stuff required. A Video CD wont just cut. Go for what Nikhil says, it will be easier to make also.
