Icant Open Turbo C ++

im using vista home basic, this is the error msg i receive when opening TC,, can anyone help me to fix this??

Use a better compiler like Visual C++ Express. Or try running TC in XP's compatibility mode.

use the Turbo C++ New Compiler. I use v4.5. it is really a good one and light on system. TC v3.5 does not perform good even in XP. and u r using Wndows Vista??
